Local Events & Volunteer Opps

Did you know that nowadays most of HIC’s visitors find us via our website?  HIC is thus looking for a creative and motivated Hanoi-based volunteer who understands the identity of HIC to take on the administration and development of our website.  We need someone who can not only work with what is there, but also push the website into greater functionality according to the needs of a growing and thriving HIC.  Candidates will need to be skilled in the WordPress platform and PHP.

LOVE AND LOGIC PARENT COURSE

February 7 – March 20 @ 2:30-4:30pm

An after school activity for parents on the Concordia International School campus! This 7-week course covers proven techniques and methods on raising your child in a loving environment led by certified counselor, Linda Bloemberg.

This course is free and open to the Hanoi community. Contact linda.bloemberg@concordiahanoi.org to register.

Do you have an announcement or prayer request you would like sent to the HIC community?  Head over to the HIC website where you can submit announcements and prayer requests.  Submissions will be screened before being posted on the website and sent to the whole community.  Once approved, your submission will appear on the website immediately.  ”HIC Announcements” and “Local Events and Volunteer Opps” emails are sent weekly on Friday mornings.  ”Prayer Requests” emails are sent daily when there are new posts.
